What makes a fitted bathroom different?
A fitted bathroom builds the basin, WC and storage into one run of furniture, so pipes and cisterns disappear and every wall works harder.
Pipework hidden for good
Concealed cisterns, boxed-in pipes and a worktop across the top. Cleaner lines and fewer places for dust and mould.
Planned to your walls
We measure on site and plan the furniture around your window, door and soil stack, with fillers scribed to uneven walls.
Every trade arranged
Strip-out, plumbing, electrics, tiling and fitting run to one plan, with electrical work tested and certified.
A price you can hold us to
An itemised written quote after the survey. Once the layout and products are agreed, the price is fixed in writing.

What happens at the free home survey?
We visit your home, measure the room and look at what sits behind the current bathroom: the pipe routes, the soil stack, water pressure and flow, the hot water system, the electrics and the ventilation. We take photos, talk through how you use the room and what you want to change, and point out anything that affects the layout or the rules, such as a long waste run or a lease that needs consent. Afterwards you get layout options and a written, itemised quote. The survey and the quote are free.
How does your quote work, and when is the price fixed?
Your quote is written and itemised, so the products, labour, tiling, electrics and waste removal appear as separate lines rather than one figure for the whole job. You can swap products and finishes to suit your budget and we update the quote to match. Once the layout and products are agreed, the price is fixed in writing. It only changes if you ask for something different, or if hidden problems are found, and then only after the extra work has been priced and you have agreed it.
How do payments work?
The payment stages are set out in your written quote, so you know how much is due and when before you agree to anything. Any extra work you approve during the job is priced and agreed in writing before it is added. If a council grant is paying for some of the work, tell us at the survey so the quote and payment stages can follow the council's process.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Survey visits to remote islands are by arrangement, so get in touch first if you live on one. You can find your town on our areas pages. Prices vary by region: London is roughly 25% above our national guide prices, and the North East, Wales and Northern Ireland roughly 7–12% below.
How long will my bathroom take to fit?
A typical bathroom takes 6–10 working days, an en-suite 4–8, a cloakroom 2–4, a wet room 5–10 and a walk-in shower 2–5, while a bath swap is usually 1–2 days. Once you approve the price and the products are ordered, you get a start date and a day-by-day plan. Our guide to how long a bathroom takes to fit explains each stage.
Can I stay at home while my bathroom is being fitted?
Yes, most people stay at home, but the bathroom is out of use for most of the fit and the water may be off at times. If it is your only toilet and shower, tell us at the survey so the order of work can be planned to keep a working WC for as much of the job as possible, and think about where you will shower on the days in between.
